Seller Partner Program Terms

1. The program

The Seller Partner Program gives approved trading card sellers complimentary access to the Pulltrader Operations plan in exchange for using Pulltrader in their business, sharing their real experience with other sellers, and referring sellers who may become customers. It replaces every prior Pulltrader affiliate, referral, partner rewards, or creator program.

2. Eligibility and approval

Participation requires an application and Pulltrader's approval, which is at our discretion. You must be at least 18, operate a real card-selling business or sell cards regularly, and hold a Pulltrader account in your own name or your business's name. There is no follower or audience minimum.

3. Complimentary Operations

Approved partners receive the Operations plan at no charge for an initial period shown in your dashboard and approval email. At the end of each period Pulltrader evaluates whether the partnership continues based on published criteria (for example, a number of paying referrals or active participation in a rolling window). Pulltrader may extend, renew, revoke, or grant complimentary access at any time. When complimentary access ends your account and data are unaffected; your subscription simply returns to standard pricing, and any card on file is charged only under the normal subscription terms you accepted separately.

4. Referrals and attribution

You receive a unique referral link and code. A seller is attributed to you when they sign up within the attribution window after visiting through your link, or enter your code within that window. A code entered by the seller overrides a passive visit. Attribution is not changed after a qualifying payment exists. Self-referrals, referrals of accounts you control, duplicate accounts, trial cycling, and any manipulation of the attribution or payment flow are prohibited and result in invalidated referrals and may end the partnership.

5. Commissions

A commission is earned when a seller attributed to you makes their first cleared payment for a qualifying Pulltrader plan. The commission amount is determined by the program configuration in effect when the payment clears (published in your dashboard), is calculated from the amount actually collected, and for annual subscriptions is based on the equivalent first month unless stated otherwise. Commissions are held for a refund period before becoming available, are subject to a payout minimum, and are not payable on refunded, disputed, or reversed payments. Payouts are made through Stripe to a connected account in your name, or by another method Pulltrader designates. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts paid to you.

6. Content

We ask you to share your real experience. You are never required to post positive reviews, follow scripts, or use talking points. Content you publish must be truthful, must disclose your relationship with Pulltrader where required by law or platform rules (for example, that you receive complimentary software and referral commissions), and must not make claims Pulltrader has not published. Submitting a link to content does not grant Pulltrader any right to use that content in advertising; any such use requires your separate, explicit permission.

7. Changes and termination

Pulltrader may change program terms, benefits, commission rules, and eligibility with notice through your dashboard or email; changes apply to referrals and periods after the change. Either party may end the partnership at any time. Commissions already available at termination remain payable unless termination is for a breach of these terms. Complimentary access ends on termination.
