Shipping Policy
We take great care in packaging and shipping your trading cards and collectibles to ensure they arrive safely.
Graded Cards
$7.95 for the first graded card in an order, then $1.00 for each additional graded card. Includes tracking and insurance.
Ungraded Cards
$1.31 for the first ungraded card when no graded card is in the order, then $0.20 for each additional ungraded card.
Mixed Orders
When a graded card is in the order, each ungraded card ships for $0.20 (no $1.31 first-ungraded charge). Example: 1 graded + 1 ungraded = $8.15.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- First Class (USPS First Class): 5-10 business days
- Ground (USPS Ground): 3-7 business days
- High-value items: May require an adult signature for delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier and destination.
Packaging & Protection
Card Protection
Each card is placed in a penny sleeve and top loader (or equivalent rigid holder) to prevent bending and surface damage.
Secure Packaging
Cards are then placed in a padded mailer or small box with additional padding to prevent movement during transit.
Tracking & Insurance
All shipments other than Binz orders include tracking. Orders are insured based on item value to protect against loss or damage in transit.
Notification
You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped so you can follow its journey.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws. Tax amounts will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Pulltrader Vault Option
Instead of shipping, you can choose to store your purchased items in the Pulltrader Vault — our secure, insured storage facility. Vaulted items can be shipped to you at any time, listed for resale on the marketplace, or transferred to other users. Sales tax is deferred until you withdraw your items from the vault.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items or a full refund. See our Return Policy for more details.
